Can I add an item to my order?

To reduce delays to your package we are unable to add items to an existing order, but that doesn't mean you have to miss out... 


With our fantastic 'Combine Orders' feature you can still get that elusive extra item without having to pay any additional shipping costs! 🥳


The 'Combine Orders' feature allows you to make an order without paying any shipping costs by combining it with an order that already exists.


To combine your orders simply follow the steps below;


  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Add items to your basket.
  3. Go to the basket page. 
  4. Select ' Combine With Existing Order' in the Shipping dropdown.
  5. Checkout as normal.
  6. We'll dispatch your additional order alongside your existing one!


To use the Combine Orders feature you must;
  • Have a FireStar Toys Customer Account and be logged in before you Checkout. (Don’t have an account yet? Click here to Create a Customer Account!)
  • Have an existing order with the status ‘NEW’ associated with your FireStar Toys Customer Account.
  • Select "Combine with Existing Order" as the shipping service on the basket page.


Don't see the option to combine your orders?

  • Check you are signed in to your FireStar Toys Customer Account.
  • Check you have an existing order with the status ‘NEW’ associated with your FireStar Toys Customer Account.

Please Note: The Delivery Details supplied for your original order will automatically be used for any orders you choose to combine with it.
