How can I track my order?
- Clicking the tracking number in the Order Dispatch email.
- Clicking the tracking number in your customer account.
- Using the tracking number in any universal tracking app or website (such as Parcels).
- Using your tracking number on your domestic mail carrier's tracking page (e.g. USPS, Australia Post, PostNord, etc).
Hint: Air Mail Tracked parcels are handed to your domestic mail carrier once they clear local customs. At this point, tracking your parcel with your domestic mail carrier can provide more accurate tracking and delivery information.
Your tracking information updates as your parcel is scanned at various checkpoints during shipping. Therefore, your tracking only shows where and when your parcel was last scanned - Not where it is currently.
Hint: For international orders, your tracking information may not update for several days after processing is completed in the United Kingdom. This lack of update is no cause for alarm, and simply indicates that your parcel is currently in transit to the destination country.
As senders, we do not have access to any additional tracking information - we can only use the same tracking number and tracking links that you, as the receiver, have access to.
