Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?

Yes you can! If you already have an order placed that we are yet to begin working on (showing a status of 'New') then you will see a 'Combine Shipping' option in the 'Shipping' selection dropdown on the Basket page. 


You must have a customer account and be logged in at the time of purchase to utitilise this feature. 


Once we begin working on an order (showing a status of 'Preparing') the 'Combine Shipping' option will no longer be available on the Basket page.


If one (or more) of the orders you wish to combine contain a 'Pre-Order' product, the 'Combine Shipping' option will not be available on the Basket page. This is to ensure that there are no unneccessary delays in your orders being dispatched and received.


Please be aware that we will be unable to process manual requests to combine orders post-sale. This ensure your orders are shipped in a timely fashion and reduces the chance of potential errors during their dispatch.
