I can't see my order in my account?
The best way to ensure all your orders are visible within your customer account is to make sure you are logged in to your account before you complete your purchase.
If you were not logged in at the time of purchase, you can now link any past orders that are missing from your customer account yourself - No need to contact support right away! 🎉
To associate an order, simply log in to your customer account and select the "Link Orders" tab, as shown below.

Make sure you complete each field and that the details match exactly with those on your order.
Hint: You can double-check this information by checking the details of your Order Confirmation Email received after purchase.
Once all the fields are complete, click the SEARCH button.
If the details you have entered match the details of your customer account, you will be invited to associate your order by pressing the LINK button, as shown below.
Hint: You can also edit the details of your customer account within the "MY DETAILS" tab if they need updating.

If we are unable to find an order matching the details you have provided, we will ask you to re-enter the information.
Please double check that the information you entered matches exactly with that found on your Order Confirmation Email and that this information matches the details of your customer account.
