What do the different order status mean?

You can view your orders status any time from within your Customer Account where you will see one of the following status assigned to your order:


  • NEW - The order has been placed, payment taken, and an order number assigned.
  • PREPARING - The order has been passed to our Pick & Pack Team who will begin the process of order fulfillment.
  • ON-HOLD - The order is paused whilst we await information from the customer.
  • ORDER DISPATCHED - The order has been assigned a tracking number by our carrier partner and is ready to ship.
