The delivery address of my order is incorrect?

If you have a customer account and the status of your order is 'New', you can update the delivery address of your order from within your customer account! This allows you to quickly make the change without any delays to your order.


If the delivery address of your order can be edited it will have the "Edit Delivery Address" button present. An example of this can be seen below;

To edit your delivery address simply...

  1. Log in to your FireStar Toys customer account.
  2. Look for the "Edit Delivery Address" button next to your order.
  3. Update your delivery details (as seen in the image below).
  4. Hit the "UPDATE" button to save your changes!

Alternatively, if you don't have a customer account, or your order status is 'Preparing', we can update your delivery details prior to shipping manually - Just email our Customer Support Team with your Order Number and the details of your new delivery address.


If your order has already shipped and has the status of 'Dispatched' then we will be unable to amend the delivery details. Please email our Customer Support Team about the next steps if this is the case.


Please note: When a third-party payment service is used during checkout (such as PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay), the delivery address, customer name, and email address saved in the payment service will be used for your order. We advise reviewing these details in advance of purchasing.
