The delivery address of my order is incorrect?
If your order is yet to dispatch then we can update your delivery details prior to shipping. Email our Customer Support Team with your Order Number and the details of your new delivery address.
If your order has already shipped and has the status of 'Dispatched' then we will be unable to amend the delivery details. Please email our Customer Support Team about the next steps if this is the case.
Please note: When a third-party payment service is used during checkout (such as PayPal), the delivery address, customer name, and email address details would be automatically filled from those you have saved on your payment services.
