When will I receive my Pre-Order?

If you have been lucky enough to grab one of our awesome Pre-Order items... Congratulations! 🎉 

Our team are working hard to complete their production and we can't wait for you to receive your awesome new figure.

We expect production to be completed in early May and we will start shipping orders shortly after this time. 

Update (06/05/26): Completing production in Early May is still on schedule. A communication is due to be sent to all pre-order customers soon confirming details.

Estimated dispatch for orders containing these Pre-Order items will begin within 10-working days of production being complete.

Please Note: The production timeline is an estimate and is in no way guaranteed. However, we always aim for production to be completed earlier than this.

In the interest of fairness, we aim to ship orders chronologically, with those who purchased earliest (from 14:00 BST on 27th March, 2026) being dispatched first.
