What are your Christmas opening hours?

FireStar Toys does not have a physical shop you can visit, but we're open 24-hours-a-day on our website!

After making sure your parcels are ready for Santa, our hard-working elves are getting a short break during the festive period.
The workshop will be operating with a skeleton crew during the festive season and will be completely closed on the following days:

• Christmas Eve – 24th December
• Christmas Day – 25th December
• Boxing Day – 26th December
• New Year’s Eve – 31st December
• New Year’s Day – 1st January
• Day After New Year’s Day – 2nd January
• (Plus our usual Saturdays and Sundays, when even elves enjoy a lie-in!)

Unless otherwise stated, we maintain our usual hours of operation of Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 (GMT).

The Elves will return to the workshop in full force from Monday 5th January 2026!
