I placed an order, but the StarPoints have not been added to my account?

StarPoints earned for your order are added to your account once that order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will see the status of the order change from 'Preparing' to 'Order Despatched' in your account page. 


This allows us to accomodate any changes you wish to make to your order before it is shipped and means your StarPoints can be adjusted accordingly.
