I no longer want an item. How do I make a return?
Changed your mind about an item you have received? That's no problem!
If you would like to return part, or all of your order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receipt with the following information.
- Your order number.
- The Product SKU and Product Name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The quantity of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once we receive your information, we'll be able to approve your return and will provide you with an authorization code.
Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns that have not been authorized prior to them being shipped back to us.
Please make sure the item(s) you are returning are in the same condition you initially received them in, include their packaging, and are packed in a box with any supplementary padding required.
Alongside your item(s), please include the following information in your box.
- Your name and email address.
- Your authorization code.
- The order number the returned item(s) are from.
Please clearly address your return to;

We recommend sending your boxed return using a tracked shipping option, as we are unable to assist further if the parcel is lost in transit without proof of shipment.
Please Note: The cost of shipping the return falls on the person returning the items, and the costs of originally shipping the order will not be refunded.
If possible, let us know once the return has been posted and supply any tracking information provided by the courier.
Once received, we will assess your returned item(s) and contact you within 7-working-days to notify you of its receipt. We'll also confirm your refund options based on the item(s) that we have received.
Please Note: Your order may be subject to a discretionary restocking fee. If this is the case, the fee will be taken out of any refund you may be entitled to for the return.
